Meet Gary Hudiburgh,
Your Candidate for SD House - District 4

Gary Hudiburgh is a workforce leader and community advocate who has spent his career building opportunities for everyday Americans. For over eight years, he worked as a millwright maintaining nuclear, hydroelectric, and fossil power plants and critical infrastructure across America. As a former union delegate and executive board member, he has stood shoulder to shoulder with the working men and women who keep the country running. His leadership centers on dignity in work, self-reliance, and economic freedom for South Dakota.
 

Gary founded a faith-based 501(c)3 nonprofit to help young people discover purpose through skilled trades and mentorship grounded in faith and values. That mission continues through Dakota Cornerstone, where he partners with rural communities and local businesses to strengthen the American workforce, support economic growth, and create meaningful pathways to success.

Rooted in conservative principles, Gary believes strong communities are built by strong families, thriving local economies, and the next generation of skilled leaders. He is running for the South Dakota House of Representatives to give working families a voice in shaping their future, with a focus on trades education, small-town development, and collaboration with tribal communities.
